The context
SCP RBK Avocats brings together two partner lawyers in Colmar, Maître Coralie Kaufeld and Maître Rachel Beringer-Rouissi. The firm works in family law, employment law, criminal law and several other areas, in Colmar, across Alsace and the Grand Est. It wanted a site that matched the way it works: rigorous, readable, and reassuring for visitors who often arrive at a difficult moment. The site went live in June 2026.
The goals
- Set out the firm's areas of practice without drowning a visitor who is often in a hurry, or in a difficult situation
- Put the two partners forward, and the way they work, from first contact to outcome
- Be found in Colmar and across the Grand Est, and lead to a first appointment
The answer
The site is five pages. The home page sets out the areas of practice, the four steps from first contact to outcome, and the two partners. The firm's page tells how they met and what they stand for, the team page their backgrounds, the fees page explains the initial consultation and the types of agreement, and the contact page leads to an appointment.
The site is built with React and Next.js and served as static pages: no database, no plugins, nothing to update on the server. Every page has its own title, description and structured data for local search around Colmar.

Why React and Next.js rather than WordPress?
The firm does not publish articles and does not change its pages every week. A static site has no database and no plugins to update: it loads fast, it does not fall over, and it costs less to host. The rare changes go through me.
