During the project
You click on what is wrong. That is all.
Your site is available on a private copy while it is being built. There you will find a small tool: you click an element on the page, you write your remark, you send it.
No screenshots, no long emails to explain « the button at the bottom right of the second section ». Your remark reaches me exactly where you left it.
Behind the scenes
Nox, the development assistant I built
When you send a remark, it becomes a ticket in Nox. It prepares the change and tests it on a copy of your site, at night as well. I review, I approve, and only then does it go live.
After launch
A report every month, without asking for it
On the Comfort maintenance plan, you get a simple report every month: what has been done on your site, and the state it is in.
Something wrong within 30 days of launch? It goes through the same route, and it is fixed at no charge.
