Corvus is the mail client and calendar I built for my own mailboxes. Several addresses land in one unified inbox, the calendar syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook, and nothing leaves my server.

The problem

Several mailboxes, several apps

My addresses live with OVH, Gmail and SFR, and each has its own app. I wanted to read them in one place, with a calendar linked to the ones I already use, without handing my mail to yet another service.

What I built

One inbox, on my own server

Corvus connects any IMAP server and gathers the mailboxes into a unified inbox. It also handles search, labels, filters, forwarding and automatic replies. Each invited person has their own space, strictly separate from the others.

What it changes

My mail and my calendar in one place

I read, write and plan from a single app. Events created in Corvus go to Google Calendar or Outlook, and events from those calendars come back into Corvus.

Privacy

Corvus can connect to a Google or Outlook calendar. What it reads, what it does with it and how to withdraw access are set out in the Corvus privacy policy.

Key features

  • Several mailboxes in oneOVH, Gmail, SFR or any IMAP server, with a unified inbox, search, labels and filters
  • Forwarding and automatic repliesRules for each mailbox, so nothing has to be handled by hand
  • A full editorRich formatting, attachments and drafts
  • Several separate usersEach invited person only has access to their own mailboxes, contacts and events
  • A calendar linked to Google and OutlookMonth, week and day views, recurring events, two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Corvus?

No, it is a private tool with no sign-up. Only the people I invite have an account.

What does Corvus do with my Google calendar?

If you connect your account, Corvus shows your events and sends to Google the ones you create, edit or delete in Corvus. Nothing is sold, passed to a third party or used to train an AI. You can disconnect your account at any time.

Where is my data?

On my server, in France. The screenshots on this page come from a demo account, with made-up data.
