For a wellbeing training provider, an n8n scenario picked a topic that had not been covered yet each week, based on what visitors were actually searching for, then wrote a draft post in WordPress. The team only had to read it over and publish. The scenario is switched off today.
The scenario, step by step

Step 1
Picking the topic
An Airtable base, fed by Google Ads and Search Console, lists what visitors actually searched for. Claude discards what is off topic or already covered, then keeps a fresh subject.
Step 2
Writing the draft
Claude writes a complete post, in the tone of the site, and saves it as a draft in WordPress. The keyword is marked as covered, and a Telegram message tells the team.

The team reads it over, corrects it, adds what they know from the field, then decides whether to publish.

Which tasks automate well?
Anything that comes back often, always follows the same steps and travels from one piece of software to another. In a small company, that quickly adds up to several hours a week.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the scenario switched off?
It ran through the summer of 2026 and produced posts that are still online. It no longer runs today and has not been restarted. The case study stays here because the mechanism itself can be reproduced.
Is a post written by an AI good for search?
What matters is that the post answers a real question and that someone who knows the trade has read it over. That is why the subject comes from what visitors actually search for, and why nothing goes out without a review.
What does an automation cost?
A simple scenario starts at €1,200 excl. VAT. Beyond that, I quote a fixed price once I have looked at your process. You know what you are paying before we begin.
